BBQ Chicken with Corn on the Cob

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 1 Citrus Pear BBQ Chicken Meal
  • Corn on the cob

HOW TO MAKE IT:

To cook the chicken:

Thaw the Citrus Pear BBQ Chicken in the fridge overnight.

Butterfly the chicken breasts and cook on the grill to internal temperature of 165° F.

To cook the corn:

Grill corn on the cob by leaving the corn husks on to prevent from burning or drying out.

Place on a hot grill, close the grill lid and turn corn every few minutes for about 15–20 minutes.

Remove from the grill and let stand for 5 minutes to cool before removing from husks.
