This is a part-time position.
This individual will oversee the day-to-day operations in the location while helping grow the Citrus Pear brand. This position requires strong attention to detail, a strategic mindset and effective communication skills. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. This individual will work with customers to ensure their food allergies/accommodations are being met, as well as create food orders for grocery stores/vendors for every class.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Main Citrus Pear contact for employees and grocery stores.
• Create and communicate food order needs with the grocery store/vendor for every class.
• Work with customers to ensure their food allergies/accommodations are being met.
• Keep location running smoothly (maintain and replenish supplies, troubleshoot problems, etc.
• Coordinate monthly and private classes.
• Network with the community to promote the business, including contacting social media influencers, local health fairs, and businesses about partnering for marketing purposes.
• Manage staff (including payroll information, schedules, shifts, hiring, etc.).
• Communicate with Remote Registered Dietitian and Regional Dietitian on regular basis.
- Respond to customer emails within 24 hours.
- Observe 1 class per month.
Qualifications and Skills
• Experience managing a team of employees.
• Knowledge of food service safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Creative in spreading the brand of Citrus Pear and engaging employees and customers alike.
• Time management and experience prioritizing important tasks.

• Must be able to work at a desk and use a computer workstation.
