WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Cook Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wrap meal according to directions.
When finished, shred meat and return to cooker.
Add 1 Tbsp tomato paste and 5 oz light cream cheese. Stir until melted and mixed together.
Add 1 cup shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.
Stir in the cooked pasta (add a splash of pasta water if it looks too thick).
Season with salt & pepper.
Serve.
