Everything tastes better as a taco – even when it’s baked!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Cook chicken gyros according to directions. Remove chicken and shred.
Place chicken back in the sauce, add ¼ cup tomatoes and some feta. Mix.
Place about 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture onto the middle of each tortilla. Top with feta cheese, a few tomato halves, and kalamata olives if desired.
Roll tightly and place in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes, until tortillas are slightly browned.
Serve with desired toppings and tzatziki sauce.
