WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Cook Citrus Pear meal according to directions.
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Spread the sauce from the Creamy Lemon Chicken meal from the chicken over the flatbread or naan.
Top with chicken, tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese.
Bake in the oven for 5–10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned and the bottom of flat bread is crispy.
Remove from the oven and cut and top with a handful of fresh arugula.
Serve.
