For Chipotle Sauce:
Prepare Citrus Pear Grilled Chipotle Chicken meal according to directions.
In a small bowl, mix all the chipotle sauce ingredients together and then set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together lettuce, cooked chicken, tomatoes, onion, avocado, black beans, corn, and bell pepper.
Add some sauce to the salad mixture, reserving some sauce for dipping, and toss well to combine, making sure everything is evenly coated.
Warm tortillas in a microwave for a few seconds.
