HOW TO MAKE IT
Thaw the Citrus Pear Thai Peanut Chicken meal. Mix thoroughly once thawed to evenly distribute the peanut sauce.
Cut chicken into chunks or strips to place on skewers. Cover with remaining sauce.
Broil skewers for 5 to 6 minutes, until the chicken is golden on the outside and cooked through.
If you have extra sauce, heat it over the stovetop to use as a dipping sauce. DO NOT serve before heating.
Serve skewers with chopped cilantro, crushed peanuts, fresh lime juice and peanut dipping sauce, according to your preference.
