Jamaican Jerk Chicken with Strawberry Salsa

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Citrus Pear Jamaican Jerk Chicken meal
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 8 oz strawberries, finely diced
  • 1 large avocado, diced into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup cilantro (leaves and stems), finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 large lime
  • Salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE IT:

For best results, thaw Jamaican Jerk Chicken meal in the fridge overnight and cook on the grill to internal temperature of 165° F. Alternatively, prepare in a slow or pressure cooker according to directions.

Finely chop red onion, strawberries, and cilantro.

Cube avocado into 1/4-inch cubes.

Combine red onion, strawberries, cilantro, avocado, lime juice, and salt.

Serve with Jamaican Jerk Chicken and coconut rice (recipe on cooking instruction card).
