Ingredients:
Cook chili according to instructions. When done, pulse in food processor or blender allowing for air flow. Mix 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup cottage cheese in microwave safe bowl. Microwave for two 20-30 second increments and stir in between to prevent scalding. Add to chili and mix/pulse. Serve with chips
