Fresh peppers and snow peas take our customer favorite Orange Ginger Pork Loin to the next level.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Cook the Pork Loin meal according to directions.
When finished, slice into strips and return to sauce.
In a separate pan, heat 2 Tbsp oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic and vegetables to desired tenderness.
Add cooked pork loin and sauce to vegetables.
Dissolve 1 Tbsp of corn starch in 1 Tbsp cold water. Add this corn starch slurry to pan and bring stir-fry to a simmer while stirring.
Once sauce is thickened, remove from heat and serve over rice.
