WHAT YOU'LL NEED
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Cook Citrus Pear Grilled Chipotle Chicken meal according to directions.
Once chicken is done cooking, shred and return to sauce.
Toss peppers in 1-2 Tbsp olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Arrange chicken (with extra sauce) and peppers on a sheet pan. Roast at 425°F for 10-15 min until peppers are soft.
Serve chicken and peppers with quinoa or rice, black beans, shredded lettuce, and any other bowl toppings you like!
