WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Cook CP Coconut Peanut Pork Loin meal as directed.
Cook 1 cup quinoa as directed on quinoa package.
Wash and rinse the baby butter lettuce. Shell and chop edamame, slice and dice peppers, cucumbers and broccolini.
Assemble the protein bowl as desired and drizzle with leftover peanut sauce and Thai basil vinaigrette.
