Cook Citrus Pear White Bean Chili according to directions.
When cooked, remove chicken and shred. Set aside.
Drain liquid from White Bean Chili meal and puree using a hand blender or food processor.
Spread over a plate.
Top with greek yogurt or sour cream, shredded chicken, pepper jack cheese, diced tomatoes, avocado, black olives, and other toppings of choice.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or nachos.
